HG-Supplies was founded in the Netherlands in 2021. We deliver technical work across a range of engineering applications, with established partners in Southeast Asia and qualified engineers.
The base is Dutch: your point of contact, the agreements and the invoicing all sit here. The execution runs with our team in Southeast Asia, which — thanks to the time difference — is often a step further along by the time you open your email in the morning.
What sets us apart from a purely administrative drawing office is that fabrication experience is in the building. We know what a welder can do with a drawing, why a tolerance bites in practice, and how an order goes wrong on the floor when the work preparation is off.
Confidentiality is the starting point. Client data and designs stay inside the project.

Jim Vergeer
Founder and owner
Jim started in metal fabrication at fourteen and spent over twenty years building expertise in laser cutting, waterjet technology and complex machining. That background still shapes how he reads a drawing: first whether it can be made, then whether it looks right.
He held Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) credentials with the AWS, which gave him a working command of welding quality standards. He then worked as an industrial engineer in Singapore and Malaysia, including a project that consolidated four separate manufacturing plants into one.
Since founding HG-Supplies in 2021, the agency has delivered more than 5,500 technical designs, primarily for an international manufacturer.
